An amazing company

I would like to give feedback with regards Equivalencytesting com and of the people who organise and run the company I would like to state I have sat both a Biology exam and a Higher paper Maths exam with equivalencytesting comFirst and foremost this company was highly recommended to me from a teacher training programme - which means their standard professionalism and reputation is of an exceptionally high standard Secondly the organisers who I had been liaising with were not only knowledgeable and professional but they were also extremely warm and friendly with a calm and welcoming approach which is much needed when exam pressures can make one be very tense and nervous I have NEVER experienced any form of rudeness negativity or inefficiency from this company I strongly feel that any student who claims to have had such a bad experience has clearly fabricated this to disrespects the good work this company does I HIGHLY recommend this company to anybody who needs a qualification You have my word you will not be disappointed this company is truly amazing Keep up the brilliant work

Horribly rude and inefficient

I have had the worst experience imaginable with this company I was told by my university that I need to write a Science equivalency test within 3 months through this company From the onset they did not reply to my emails or rarely answered the phone I tried to reach them for 4 days in a row - when I eventually spoke to the lady who answered I ll refer to her as A she said it s my emails that are not reaching them - she was so rude and unhelpful that she had me in tears on two different phone-calls Dealing with her felt like talking to a brick wall I was sure the problem wasn t delivery issues with my email because I sent my mail from different addresses to make sure and cc d a friend to make sure it gets delivered They could not give me any recommended textbooks to help me prepare I was kind of forced to do their course just to get the right study notes I paid 370 for their course for which you receive their own notes and 12 homework assignments I sent my assignments and did not get any response - I tried following up by email and phone for weeks but no answer and no reply I eventually sent a mail and said this is unacceptable as I paid for a service and I have a limited timeframe to which I received a call from A who told me off and was so rude and made zero excuses for not responding to me instead she attacked me how dare I send an email where I make any demands - is this their tactic when they cannot serve their customers be rude and chase them away I had no choice but to deal with them as I needed to pass this exam to continue with my degree Arranging to do the exam was also a pain as they were still not responding to my mails if they replied to every 5th email I was lucky and every time I phoned IF they answered A abruptly passed the phone to someone else After my exam I needed to confirm that they have received my fast track request but A refused to help me and put the phone down in my ear This is the most unhelpful rude inefficient company I have ever had to deal with I will give this feedback to my university as well hopefully they will give future students more than one option of companies to do this equivalency test I would ask for a refund of the amount that I overpaid for the fast track of my results I did not get any response to my mail asking what the amount is but the idea of dealing with them is just not worth it I sincerely hope my phone-calls were recorded so that they can listen to it if they receive this review

SCAM They take your money you sit the test you don t get a result and they become unreachable

The WORST

The WORST If you can use any other source for this i would recommend doing so They are incredibly slack with communication Once you pay the money for the tutoring aspect they send you a homework pack which is so poor It has missing information the written links don t work it is terrible for the money The questions on the practice test sometimes cover things that weren t covered in the material so when i called to complain they said yes because you need to Google and do your own research We wont just write the answers for the questions So i said if i need to research what am i paying them for The admin woman was so rude to me she just had an attitude with me the whole time i was saying the cost vs help provided is poor She offered me a refund saying we dont care we dont need your money but said if i get a refund they won t let me take the exam with them at any point which unfortunately i need to do Personally I d just do all the research yourself and avoid the 400 and just book the test with them if you have to because you get nothing for your money You send your homework sheets off to your tutor who sends back a sheet with your marks on google docs that doesnt open properly I complained and they started printing the exams out and sending me some written comments but its so poor feedback just tells you to revise Then they stop replying at all I ve asked for my feedback for months now still waiting on 5 out of the 12 weeks I can t believe they are still in business its disgusting I know another person who has used these and had the same experience

If I could give this company 0 stars believe me I would I took a biology higher exam with this company which I achieved a grade 5 in all with my own revision Firstly this company is very quick in sending you payment details but when it comes to your own individual enquiries about the examination itself the certificate being sent out you will not receive a response at all I took this exam so I could meet the entry requirements to begin my PGCE I paid for fast track so I received my marking within two days I allowed 10 days for my certificate however 13 days had passed so I gave them a call to which I was told that the reason my certificate may have not arrived may be due to a typo on my address I was told to call back as the examiners are on lunch I then called back the next day and was told the same thing so I kindly asked the elderly lady on the phone if it would be possible to get an email back or a call back where my queries regarding the whereabouts of my certificate could be answered She then shouted at me to listen to her and asked me do I not think the examiners and herself have nothing better to do rather than answer my emails to which I replied please do not shout at me and do not be rude as I am not being rude to you she then told me she refuses to help me and is going to tell the examiners not to send my certificate out Lucky for me I have received my certificate now I would also like to add the examiner I have spoken to was very efficient on emails however that woman who answers the calls really needs re training on how to have basic manners
