Excellent Customer Service from Jules
I contacted customer services regarding the poor condition a Valentino box that had arrived and the two tone colour of some sliders that I had ordered They were supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter Jules was the Customer Service representative for Eqvvs and immediately sought to help and respond to my inquiry Her emails were quick in response with a friendly professional and courteous tone I was given all the information needed to return my parcel including the qr code When my refund for postage wasn t refunded I contacted Jules who once again responded immediately and issued the refund The standard of customer service received was in my opinion outstanding and Jules is a credit to her company I wish more businesses would respond in this way Thank you Jules and well done

Great store excellent customer service
Purchased a jacket online and it was delivered within 2 days During the meantime any questions I had were answered immediately by customer service Unfortunately the jacket is too big for me and I m now having to return the purchase for a refund Hopefully the refund is as prompt as their excellent customer service I m certainly going to purchase from this store in the future

Wonderful company
Wonderful company to deal with I am an older lady of 78 wanting to buy a lovely polo shirt for my sons fiftieth Ordered and promptly sent out It might be a wee bit big so emailed company who responded promptly Next size being sent out and company kept me up to date Cannot recommend highly enough Have a look at their website and do not hesitate to deal with them Great customer service

Very good service Placed order twice and later realised there was a promo code I could have used They refunded me the difference for the promo code straight away and cancelled the other order without any hassle Refund raised no more then 3 hours after I messaged
