Customer service is what s important

Okay even though there was an issue with the courier not getting it to me on the original delivery day when I contacted the live chat person they were very helpful and confirmed the courier wouldn t make it They even emailed me the morning of the next day to confirm the delivery it had actually been delivered by then so I wasn t a forgotten customer The product was packaged extremely well and delivered to the front drive Sure some extra packaging a pallet to get rid of but I m okay with that All in all very pleased and will definitely recommend

Great communications when I asked for delivery dates and times as well as for a few other changes and requests The website is very informative and helpful I also experienced chat with one of the Ergo Desk team via Facebook messenger and they were very responsive that way too

A really stunning desk

A really stunning desk - the wood finish is beautiful the desk allows a very large range of heights easy to change height just by holding a button I m very pleased with my desk Also the customer service and delivery was excellent - I will definitely be coming back to Ergo Desks for a new desk in the future

Accommodating of ADHD mistakes

After my initial mistake of specifying then wrong desk top ergo desks offered to send me out the correct one free of charge In their hast to get me the correct desk too they neglected to pre-drill the pilot holes when I notified Elaine she rectified the issue immediately and send the correct desk too with pilot holes and had the two in correct tops recovered Although there were hiccups the Elaine was always prompt with her responses and a pleasure to communicate with

From the minute I was looking to purchase I was helped by a Customer Service Assistant called Elaine She explained everything quickly and concisely as well as going the extra mile when she provided additional links to help with the setup of the desk as I was doing it on my own The desk is brilliant and the service was the cherry on top would highly recommend

Attractive stable and well made desk outstanding customer service

I bought a standing desk Apollo Pro from Ergo Desks based on the excellent reviews both about their products and their customer service and comfort in having a 7 year warranty The desk looks beautiful have only just set it up but really happy so far Very robust and doesn t wobble at all - even on tallest setting I can t get it to move at all I m glad I paid more for a really stable and well-made desk and am feeling confident it will work well for years The 4-way memory controller makes it so easy to switch between positions I was impressed with their friendly customer service team rapid response time and super speedy delivery This was put to the test when I couldn t figure out how to reset the desk upon installation but it was sorted in minutes by their Elaine from their team who is super helpful Would highly recommend

Easy to order and arrived within a few days max Very well made sturdy and no mechanical issues whatsoever I ve had my manual adjustable standing desk for about 6 months now and no problems at all I ve been raising and lowering it every other day I recommend and it s worth the price as it ll last a lifetime Thanks
