We recently bought a house that was advertised using esale They were very professional and arranging viewings was easy We liked that we met the vendors as they could give us lots of information about the house when we looked around The team were always easy to contact with everyone we spoke to being friendly and personable and willing to answer questions and help with queries we had We love our new home and if we were to sell again we would definitely use esale

Excellent service
I have some apprehension about using an online estate agent especially using a fixed fee model not based on success However eSale - especially Craig and Jess - were excellent from start to finish They were responsive and professional Their fees are great value and saved us over 10k compared to a traditional estate agent I would highly recommend them

I highly recommend using Esale to sell your house They provided good value at a fraction of the cost of traditional estate agents David Jessica and Craig made the whole process very easy for us We always received good communication from them and we were always able to speak to someone when we needed to Esale provided accurate floor plans and photos and we were able to check and agree the advert before it went live Less than 36 hours after the advert went out we had accepted one of multiple offers The team also provided excellent after sales service right up to completion
