From order to delivery a tiny 10 days Escape were very responsive on all my questions There are so many suppliers of hot tubs out there but we are very pleased we chose Escape The install team were great and only a couple more hours to wait for it to heat up and use for the first time

We contacted Escape hot tubs 2 years ago when we had been let down on delivery dates by 2 other companies They lived up to their promise of delivering our choice of tub in time for my wifes 50th Birthday It was delivered and installed and set up by 2 very pleasent men everything was explained fully as to how to get the best from our tub nothing was too much trouble for them We have since had 1 minor hiccup with the tub but this was resolved with one phone call and a very quick response to resolve the matter We have our tub serviced every year by Escape and they always give excellent service and advice Personally i can not thank or praise the company highly enough Ryan Tingle you should be very proud of your company
