This is a great app and eSIM service with competitive pricing While on holiday in Australia I bought 10GB of data for 28 that I could use across 30 days much cheaper than daily roaming charges Easy to use and install

Did not work

Signed up for eSIM roaming in Australia Never worked Only helpdesk option was to enter a query on their website Automated generic response was to check the very obvious Tried to escalate but no response until I was back in my home country Seemed to be a total sham Zero trust in Esimstic

Not happy

I am in Turkey for two weeks of holidays Got the most expensive package - Unlimited for 30 days for 53 89 Was unpleasantly surprised to see that once you go over 1GB per day speed goes down to 300 kbs That makes it impossible to watch a movie or upload a video from the drone My request to exchange for 100 GB package that costs 51 32 was denied If you have a limit of 1GB per day that makes it 30GB for a month and it is very far from Unlimited Overall I do not believe I got a fair deal for money paid
