racist behavior and Super unprofessional We arrived at 1340 We have not booked a table and were received by an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional woman English speaking Who asked if we wanted to sit outside or inside As the sun was shining of course we said we would like to sit outside She said yes just 2 minutes go by and if we could take a seat at the bar we will get the table ready for us After a good 10 minutes at 1 50 p m she came back and said that the tables outside were prioritized for their guests who had booked and came in the second lunch seed at 2 00 p m Totally fair but we could get a table inside right away but if we wanted to wait she said she would see if she could make room for us outside 15 minutes later at 14 05 she came back completely confused where you could see she had forgotten us and offered us some water so that was the first service we met we had been up in the bar ourselves and ordered two cocktails on the way At 14 15 we approached ourselves and asked if you couldn t just get a table inside and she said she just had to talk to her manager Her manager came back 5 minutes later at 14 20 and He gave me an elevator look and looked at my baseball cap my gold chains and my gold ring and then said said they were fully booked and all of a sudden some of the tables inside weren t booked either Simply the most Lame service I have experienced in a long time

The service was terrible from the start Our waitress couldn t answer any of our questions- did not ask how we wanted our steak cooked Did not even smile Food was average- steak was salty Waitress took ages to clear our table did not re fill wine glasses let alone ask if wanted any more wine when the bottle finished When bill arrived she could not answer what the extra cost on the bill was Manager came over- we said our service wasn t good- he didn t seem bothered The only person concerned about our dining experience was the lady at the reception entrance Please don t go there to waste your money and by the way it isn t cheap So many better places to eat

The food was very tasty Staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome Only remarks I can think og is that music was a bit loud for us But Saturday evening I understand that other guests maybe expect a bit of a party atmosphere Is quite pricey but also high quality
