Quality items from a quality company

I usually am very wary when I buy stuff on the internet but when I came across one of Essence Amsterdam s sale promos I just couldn t pass it up I bought a few items in two rings and two chains and while two of the items Black Square w chain and the Slick Signet ring came out absolutely stellar I had some issues with an undersized signet ring and an essential chain with a broken clasp I mentioned it to their support and not only did they send me replacements without hesitation they did so in a timely and courteous manner Usually issues like these would deter me from buying from companies but with their customer support and the quality of their products I would definitely from Essence Amsterdam again and would recommend to anyone looking for quality jewelry

The customer care service is great I ordered 2 chains which got delayed due to shipping issues They sent another pair because I really needed them I was able to chat with them on instagram and they were very responsive and helpful They even allowed me to keep both the pairs because of the delay caused Regarding the products themselves they are good quality stainless steel

I personally love their customer service Hands down probably one of the best customer service I ve dealt with No hassle with them and they assist you to the fullest Unfortunately a package of mine was delivered and I was wondering what took it so long It possibly seemed like it was stolen but wasn t from in front of my house However they did their investigation and now sending me a new set I like the quality a great too
