I ordered pendant lights for my business over 2 months ago and when my tracking info was sent over there was an error I got one response back from an employee that was vague and not helpful and since then they have gone radio silent I wish I would have looked up reviews about this company because it is a total scam DO NOT USE

Scam alert

Scam alert I ordered a light fitting on 25 10 and it has not arrived and the tracking number they ve provided is not found on Aus Post and the courier link they ve provided They haven t replied to my last email informing them the tracking doesn t work or my follow up seeking a response and it s clear I ve been scammed and ghosted Trying to cancel the transaction through my bank Their website looks legit but I wish I had googled is estilo dodgy before checking out

Be very careful we ordered 2 lights months ago sent me a fake tracking number for Australia post after I followed up about not receiving any confirmation of package being sent As per their policy it says that if you haven t received your item within 40 business days they will issue a refund It s now lapsed that time frame and no contact received from customer service after multiple attempts to reach them No contact information other than an info email address After reading other reviews we are convinced they are a scam fraudulent company They delete every comment off Facebook page as well Avoid at all costs

SCAM 10 weeks later and product still not received after unexpected delays Cancelled order was told that refund would be sent in 5-7 business days 3 weeks later and nothing After no answer from them for 2 weeks got the our payment system is having issues response I will never get this refund This company is a scam If you value your hard-earned money DO NOT order from Estilo Living RUN AWAY

Order a decanter for my brothers wedding anniversary 2 months later it still has not arrived I have reached out multiple times Response is always sorry for the delay I have requested a refund 3 times I am reporting to the BBB

SCAM Do not order from this company I wish i read the reviews before ordering Ordered a pendant still hasn t arrived They totally ignore your emails I have now been left with no choice but to open a dispute with my bank to try and retrieve my money back The items they are selling are on aliexpress

Item never received and no response to queries

Ordered bathroom mirror for 80 and it never arrived They responded to my query provided a tracking number and now no reply after 6 weeks

Complete SCAM Placed order than a month later when I inquired about the order was told they were hack g vendor issues and it would arrive next month They even offered me a 40 00 coupon for a future order After 6 months of waiting I decided to cancel the order At this point all communication from them stopped There is no phone number to speak with a live body so I kept filling out the Contact Us information 4 times and NO reply I feel like an idiot as I would never have ordered from them had I read all of the bad reviews that essentially say what I am saying My credit card company said it would be difficult to get my money back because my original order was placed 6 months ago
