dead customer service

Ordered on 29th November and still have not received my items I have emailed them twice and called Williams Medical twice There was no response to emails The person on call reassured that someone would get in touch but it has been a week and no contact I am very disappointed with the customer service Even if the order is delayed they should at least give an update

Disappointing service

I placed an order on 8th of December 2024 Unfortunately my experience has been far from satisfactory My order was supposed to arrive by 3-5 days after but it has not been delivered as of today 29th DecemberI have attempted to contact customer service regarding this issue This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly disappointing This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient and it has completely undermined my trust in this company I hope this review prompts the team to address such issues more efficiently in the future I would appreciate an immediate resolution to my situation
