The process was very straightforward and support from the team was excellent I hired an excellent new BDM within 3 weeks of posting the job The system of excluding candidates enabled me to narrow down the list without extensive work or reviews of CVs It was a game-changer as far as time-saving is concerned I d recommend using e-Talent as it removes tedious work from reviewing candidates and enables you to focus on the more important stuff
