I had a disappointing experience with their service The laptop was delivered with a damaged charger and there s been no clear response on when the replacement will arrive They also mentioned a warranty supposedly included in the laptop box but it wasn t there Additionally the laptop was supposed to come with MS tools installed which were missing Reaching out for assistance has been frustrating and as a customer it s embarrassing to have to repeatedly follow up with their team
