I paid a significant amount but never received the item I ordered. Despite sending multiple emails to request updates or assistance, I did not receive any reply. The lack of communication and failure to deliver the product have made this a very troubling experience. This situation has caused serious concern about the legitimacy of the website.

I would like to start with the word SCAM I would like to write a summary here to make you realize what can happen Goods are ordered 3 weeks nothing heard Goods received after 5 weeks Goods were heavily perfumed so was already worn once Unfortunately too small Sent back 4 weeks nothing heard Then a package would be sent again by etiql although I had ordered nothing more Then online refused acceptance Contacted online support for the 12th time Payment should be released within 2 weeks Now I have been waiting for another 4 weeks No money no goods simply just a joke

An absolute creepy customer experience I ordered two pair of sneakers sent one back After 7 reminders to the service and 6 weeks later still haven t gotten back my money And that was beginning of November The second pair of sneaker is still pending and no news regarding its status But of course I paid 8 weeks ago when I dropped the order NEVER AGAIN

Endless Waiting a very frustrating order experience
I have placed my order two months ago and I am still up to receive it According to the customer service I should have received the order one month ago and then two weeks ago and then actually today Spoiler I still did not receive anything not even a confirmation that the package has been dispatched The customer service is not proactive and also not helpful at all as the information they give cannot be trusted and whenever I call them they cannot reply anything else than we are checking internally I am still hoping to receive my order and potentially adjust my rating but so far the customer experience have been really poor
