I received a defective fissler vitaquick pressure cooker
I received a defective fissler vitaquick pressure cooker two days ago that had many scratches black spots in its metal and was not working properly Specifically during boiling a lot of steam escapes from the pressure release valve in the handle when the unit is supposed to be sealed and building up to pressure It didn t manage to achieve pressure after more than 20 minutes of boiling I tried to do an online request for returning the item and unfortunately the website didn t allow me to conclude this process because it doesn t accept my uploaded photo In the end I had to contact them through email and now I m waiting for their reply

Not managing stocks and availability Seems like an eKiosk not an eShop
two weeks were wasted to find out they do not have an item that already was sold to me All communication was initiated not by the seller but me I had to write inquiries what is going on with my order It s very unprofessional not to manage stock information and not to control product availability based on stock Even more unprofessional is not to communicate from the business side but leave it to customer

Ordering to UK is hell
The store is ok but they don t have any relationship with their shipping company and ordering to UK is therefore hell I ordered plates and glasses from the store it was shipped to me I paid 50GBP to UPS as the import feeThe parcel was never delivered and instead was returned to sender for an unknown reasonI asked Etrias to resend the parcel to me - they did A couple of days later I paid the import fee of 50GBP The parcel was delivered to me but a substantial part inside was smashed and brokenI asked Etrias to resend me the crockery that was broken and smashed They did Initially UPS asked me to pay the import fees again but I communicated with some UPS folks and after some back and forth the package was let through I did not have to pay any fees and the parcel was delivered to me finally all in good condition 2 5 months later I got a mail from collectors saying that UPS previously contacted me about an outstanding invoice and the collectors now request me to pay 60GBP I have been in email exchange with UPS for 3 months now trying to get my refunds for the redundantly paid import fees No one from UPS has EVER contacted me about an outstanding payment Etrias did not help anyhow and they just told me to contact UPS instead Overall I had to wait for 3 parcels instead of 1 parcel paid 50GBP of import fees AND overpaid 110GBP of import fees have been fighting for 3 months with UPS to get it back with no luck and on top of that got bullied by collectors

I received a faulty product
I received a faulty product A manufacturing mistake makes the product impossible to use After requesting to return it and asking for a refund sending multiple pictures through a long email exchange and a one month wait I receive a patronizing answer saying that the product just looks fine Still waiting for the refund Avoid this company at all cost

So poor customer service
I ordered a bag from this site on 08 08 2023 At first Etrias was not responsible for the fact that their deliveryman did not do his job and did not deliver the product to me and lost it I have made a request for a refund and despite assurances that this has been done I have received nothing and it is now 16 10 2023 Is this theft I think everyone will make up their own minds

if I could put Zero Defective product and no guarantee at all
if I could put Zero I would put a zero star Clearly defective product I was asked to send lots of general photos not even on the problem to end up telling me that according to them their product is very good and therefore no warranty applies This is simply unheard of 140 spent for less than 10 uses and I now see that I am not the only customer to give this kind of feedback My product must have already been damaged and they gave it to me run away

A poorly stitched rain coat and no return label
I received a rain coat with two holes in it They look like stitching errors one is 3 cm and the other 8cm wide It looks like the coat has been sent back previously by another customer it was not neatly packed I received kind answers to my questions and the offer to send it back However I have asked four times for a return label but still no return label Overall a bad experience Will not order with them again
