very bad experience

I am an electronics engineer and I have a repair company in Copenhagen and Sweden I ordered a component for the soldering iron JBC a month ago and I have contacted them several times and there is no answer And today morning I sent them an email asking to cancel the order and return the money It was a very bad experience and a waste of time I think they don t have anything real but the website and they lost brokers ordering components from China and shipping them back to you and taking a currency on their order and nothing else
