WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME T-Rex 2 watch is nothing more than a kids toy The altimeter is nothing short of a joke It changes itself to ridiculous altitudes without even moving from the one room Customer service are useless and rude Claiming it s normal for it to change from 36mt to 42mt without moving Yet they refuse to even acknowledge that it changes from 36mt to 79mt without even leaving the room or jumping down to minus 17mt in the same place THE APPS ARE A JOKE AS IS THE STAR RATING OF THE APPS THEY PUT A 5 STAR RATING ON THEIR OWN APPS PRIOR TO RELEASE TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Scammers Don t buy anything
Scammers But checking Trustpilot I see that I am not the only one Ordered a smartwatch and never received it For months I have been trying to make them know and probe me that the smartwatch was delivered to me and they never answered any question nor give any solution cause simply the smartwacht if it was delivered it was not delivered to me and they will not check to whom Don t buy anything cause they are no more than scammers And I can probe that I have been texting them for more than 2 months

Support service is a joke
I contacted the support service 3 days ago the health monitoring is not working and I just subscribed with a 7 day trial period the App simply doesn t measure every day and the days count doesnt move from day 1 I explained this properly but I only receive replies from the agents asking that I should again explain the issue but never reply with an actually helping answer Chasing doesnt help one of them Joey for example pointed me to where I can unsubscribe he spent half a page explaining that with pictures - instead of spending time with the app manual and trying to reply to the actual problem When I see such ignorant customer service I always feel the urge to flag to customers But I can see there is no need the 1 5 score already is proving my point shame

I bought a Band 7 Don t you buy one
I bought a Band 7 3 days ago in Australia from Amazfit com au Sadly there is a general lack of support And No phone support And it seems an archaic method to set the band up Upon receiving the band I couldn t get it to pair As I couldn t find any official troubleshooting information on the com au or com webpage I sent the international presumably head office com store an email I asked numerous questions At the end of the email I gave them feed back regarding that there was no or I couldn t find it there is none FAQs regarding setting up and pairing troubleshooting on there web page They replied They didn t answer any of my questions and said Thank you for your feedback So the band isn t working because I can t set it up and they don t seem to care

Do not buy anything from this company especially do not sign up to the Aura app it s crap I signed up for the 14 day subscription and didn t receive a notification 2 days prior to the experation day I have been going round in circles first with Amazfit who won t accept responsibility for Aura app They said I have to contact Aura Aura said I have to contact Amazfit Eventually I have given up I won t be buying another one from Amazfit at all and I certainly won t be recommending them Watch out for this company they are scam artists

In my country this company would be breaking the law
I got the gtr3 pro about a year and a half ago and in fairness it worked well and did what I needed it to Untill one day when I realised my sleep had been tracked without my permission I checked the next night and I had definitely turned sleep tracking off but my sleep was still tracked Then things really hit the fan The agps refused to update for weeks at a time and when I contacted the company they at first blamed me and then after much stress begrudgingly told me the problem had been resolved Guess what It wasn t Fast forward to about three weeks ago and I got a t rex 2 because I wanted something to track me when I swam Except it can t really do anything without draining the batteryOh and I can t turn off sleep tracking or Bluetooth Both of which are on 24 hours a day and sucking the battery empty to a point t where I feel it may collapse in on itself Today the gtr3 decided it no longer wanted to be water proof advertised as up to 50m and all I did was have a shower and the speaker died This means the warranty I had for it is no longer valid Getting parts is difficult but the gtr3 pro is for now quite a good watch and hopefully it can last long enough for me to find a fitness watch that actually works and does what the advert says T rex 2 is advertised as having a 24 day battery life and the day that happens is the day the sun explodes because this watch is worse than bad With a bad watch you know what you re getting but with anything from amazfit you re led to believe it s an awesome watch but it s all a lie Customer service is anything but The watch makes the call in what stays on The batteries are terribleDon t buy from them or anything they sell Copied from my other review of the same company

2 factory battery defects
I have 2 Amazfits in my family T-Rex 2 and GTs 4 mini We really like them that s why we decided to buy Amazfit Active which looks like Apple Watch but cheaper and the battery lasts for 10 days However what was our disappointment when our new watch occasionally shut off a couple of times per day and the battery lasts for a half of the day We returned the item and decided to by the same watch from the official website And guess what - the same problem Fully charged battery lasts for 6 hours overnight without any usage at all It s definitely a factory defect But now we have another issue Customer support does not response to our numerous email requests and phone calls for 14 days now We can t reach out to them over the phone either and can t return the item So no more Amazfits in our family

Watches don t last - rubbish customer service attitude
I bought an Amazfit GTS3 2 years ago from Amazfit Official Store via Amazon and within 2 weeks of the 2 year warranty expiring the battery completely failed A quick Google search showed that my experience wasn t unusual so I thought it would be worth pointing out to Amazfit that it would be reasonable to expect a 150 smart watch to last more than 2 years Came up against a brick wall - watch is out of warranty end of story Not interested Rubbish way to treat customers - will never touch an Amazfit product again and neither should anyone

Returned watch but didn t get a refund
I bought a T Rex 3 direct from Amazfit and it was delivered promptly however I decided to stick with Garmin and returned the unopened watch to Amazfit However after following the return instructions provided by their customers services I never received a refund even though they emailed confirming receipt Now they will not answer my emails and I ve had to go through my credit card provider for assistance
