I bought the C11 Pro city about two months ago and am very happy with it The bike works perfectly battery life is fine for my purposes and the after sale service has been very good Would recommend especially for the very reasonable price

Amazing brand
I ordered a Fiido T2 and I am stunned by the quality of this bike Sales support is very quick in giving reactions when I had questions Price quality wise the best brand on the market My wife needs a new bicycle aswell and it will again be a Fiido without doubt

Long process but still kept in touch
Long process but still kept in touchThe bike I got was unfortnately broken a few days after getting it Fiido immedieatly send spare parts and instructions how to repair it After everything the bike still wasn t functioning so they took it back In the process the package was lost by the logistic partner They offered me my money back but getting there was somewhat of a process because now they had to first get the information from the logistic partner It took some months I ll be honest but they always kept in contact with me In all this time I still trusted the process because the dutifully answered every mail I wrote Thank you Joey for being a great support So even if some things take longer they still follow through

FIIDO C11
FIIDO C11 I ordered this bike on oktober 02 2024 It took a little bit longer than expected to receive the bike I was offered a phone holder for the extra time I had to wait The bike was delivered 8 nov 2024 Put a few things together and off we go Nice bike for the money well packed nothing to worry about I do not write a review immediately after the sale So I have now more experience with the bike and I am happy with it
