Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service Hidden costs I ordered a gift for my son and nephew from this company and there were disguised taxes in the shipping costs I contacted customer services to query the extra costs and was told that I could not be refunded At checkout it was made very clear what the total amount was including shipping and nowhere did it clearly indicate that I would have to pay import taxes I am now unable to get a refund and I am also unable to get my items without paying the extortionately high taxes Very disappointed in this company and the unhelpful customer service I would not recommend buying from here

Brilliant products and superb customer service
I purchased 4 Dinosaur items from Eugy and I am delighted with the service they provided I originally ordered 3 Dinos and paid for express delivery to the UK but then discovered I had missed one off the original order Rather than place another order and have to pay for shipping again I contacted Customer Service to ask if it could be added in I received an immediate response agreeing to amend my order so I paid for the additional item The package arrived from New Zealand in 3 days - it s a small world we live in Superb customer service from this company - what s not to like

I love this product and have had to contact customer support twice and they have been amazing Even when my dog ate one of the eyes they replaced free of charge Highly recommended
