I have been a customer paying monthly fee to this insurance company and now I have decided to terminate the membership
I have been a customer of Euro Accident insurance company for quite a few years but I decide now to terminate my membership The fact is when you need their service they behave exactly like any bureaucratic department keep you waiting on the phone line ask the patient to call for booking new appointment instead of helping for communicating between the clinic and patient The worst is they send you to different appointments and you will have to pay 500 kr for each of these appointments So what you may pay for is the bad judgement of the person who organizes the healthcare appointment for you in the first place Once a receipt of an examination is made you will anyway have to wait weeks before the lab has a vacant time for you I am not sure Euro Accident is doing any good to their customer Is this a private insurance company But no one working there seems to have any service mind Is this a commercial form of extension of the public service department But it charges you as you if are the cash-cow without providing the timely and effective healthcare you expect I would love to read how Euro Accident define their service to customers and what my payment is worth except for contributing to the profitability of the company

So privat insurance You call and then have to go through a long process of voice machines for about 5 min Once you finally get to the point to book an appointment you start always as 6th i queue and wait for about 20 min If you choose callback it s possible to wait up to 3 hours but machine tells you that Is whole of Sweden sick If you do get to appointment booking they will do their best to find anything that they don t cover so you dont get served although you pay for private insurance They told me if I had any similar problems in last year they don t cover it So if you had problems with the sinuses in last year like inflamation they wont even offer to look at it if it happens again in less than a year - this is what a guy told me over the phone while booking So you have to be healthy whole year after you join Why would anyone choose this insurance Simple appointment takes whole day to book and huge chance they don t cover it

Deserves negative rating Its better to not have insurance than to have this one at least you d save money
