Very Poor- I ordered several products and paid for same to be subsquently advised that Eurodeal no longer stocked what I ordered I requested a refund twice but havent received a reply to my emails or my refund yet

Do not trust this website
I wonder if these people are not just thieves I bought a product begin of May the product was never delivered I wrote many emails that were never answered and there is no contact phone number I am left very disappointed and frustrated

Zero is a big review for this
Don t buy from them I was really hopeful considering the website seemed legit unfortunately I had not read the reviews and I should have I ordered 2 bottles May 22nd 2022 I received ONE bottle of the WRONG perfume Sent them back requested a refund So far no refund issued and today is July 20th 2022 THEY ARE NOT responding to my messages They replied to me many weeks ago writing that they were still waiting on the return Well that does not cut it for me They could tell me whatever they want and I have no way of verifying But one thing is sure they do not provide good customer service The mistake was made at their end So if they cared about the customers and their reputation they should be refunding me Most companies would have done it by now product received back or not I purchase online all the time and have had to deal with returns or refund and never like this have I had such bad or non existent service Do not trust this company or website They have received 190 from me and all I received was a load of frustration no perfume at all and a waste of my time leading nowhere

Wrong items sent VERY bad experience
Zero is a big review for this costumer service words can t describe My mother ordered items from them they sent her email to rate the products even she didn t received the products My mother sent email to PayPal and to this business their response from this business was disgrace The way they spoke to her was way so unprofessional and rude even she done nothing wrong In a first response from those guys I can t find the email mum probably deleted it by mistake they accused mum of lying she was in shock Below is copy of second email they sent to my mum First of all there is no reason to keep sending email within a week or two of placing orders Secondly we are NOT Ebay Thirdly the name and email is not in our records and does not match any order placed under this name Best regards Team Eurodeal shopDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER they treat you as S hit

I didn t get my order and experienced
I ordered a pack of deodorants they sent me the wrong items and when I complained especially knowing that I am badly allergic to the items they chooses to send me they asked me to pay once more the shipping fees and send them back Not a serious company VERY bad experience with them

Absolutely horrible customer service They called me names They made fun of my friend s chronic illness Take a look at their reply to my 2 star review for their allow shipping and the product arriving damaged No one is going to read your whining and lies You simply don t like it when you hear the truth Did you have to borrow 12 50 from daddy to buy that gift for your friend Chronic Illness Really There are no doctors or hospitals in Japan FOr that you had order some Eucalyptus oil capsules from Germany We thought the Japanese were much smarte than that You cared so much for your friend that you had order some cheapest capsules from Europe instead of taking them to a clinic Very sad indeed FYI we get dozens of new customer s orders every day from around the world So 2 people in japan lost will not hurt us Thank you and have a healthy day Team Eurodeal shop

Some middleman kid from Munich Germany scaming people After my friend got scammed and my careful review of the store came to conclusion that the store is operated by individual with no business experience Here are RED FLAGS 1 There is absolutely 0 business personal or physical location address shown anywhere on internet page Not in footer about us page or any of policy pages What this means It means that store owner deliberately hides this information from the public which leads to the fact that the store is an illegally operated business that focuses only on profit and wants no ties with liabilities caused by improper customer service 2 Store is operated on SHOPIFY nr 1 easiest platform to create online store with domain extension shop most commonly used domain by people who only start out with e-commerce business model Considering above facts we understand that store is managed by a beginner business - wannabe 3 Store is operated in dropshipping business model Products are purchased in local Germany stores or elsewhere and shipped to other countries for extra fees Typically price strategy is real price profit shipping cost Whereas real price for product sold for 40 EUR would be arround 5 eur Which means that person sells product for arround 700 higher price than local market you pay shipping for it as well I recommend shopping in local Germany stores through internet or on e-bay instead AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS
