Fullicks Folkestone

Our American style fridge freezer decided to stop working while full of frozen food We started the search to find a new standard fridge freezer as we didn t want another large one There were problems trying to order from the main retailers either with the time we would have to wait for one to be delivered and also they wouldn t take our old one away even though we were willing to pay We then went to Fullicks in Folkestone at about 11 00 in the morning brilliant helpful staff they had the model we wanted and would remove our old one for a price we were willing to pay The freezer was delivered and in place by 5 00 by 2 great men who were very friendly and took great care with getting the old one out I d definitely recommend them and in future they will be our first port of call for electrical purchases One more thing the price was no dearer

Excellent customer service - same day delivery on washing machine

Our washing machine broke - I tried to order a new one via 3 of the big online names AO Currys and Boots All of them failed to keep delivery promises So after 2 weeks I popped into Euronics JDR Thomas in Newcastle Emlyn Carmarthenshire This is a great shop with excellent customer service I went to the shop in the morning paid for the machine a Zanussi 9kg and by 2 30pm the same day it was fully installed They even took all the packaging away with no charge - unlike the big name stores who charge for everything they can I Highly recommend them for purchases and repairs - good honest customer service
