bad insurance for phones
i have bought a phone with insurance that costs 70 euros later i had my screen broken they made me travel by car 40km to the nearest eurnonics xxl shop the customer care wasn t very friendly but anyways i handed her the phone on 17-05-2016 Today i m writing this review 30 06 2016 they didn t fix my phone yet also i have agreed to pay 35 euros as part of the costs one me this is really bad system if you calculate how much i paid from time and cost in this operation i will get the result that is the insurance is a loss not a win i will never ever buy something from this store again also to mention i have sent them many emails complaining about the case and i dont get reply

Awful service
After I ordered a laptop they let me know that it s out of stock and took it from the website Yet they assured me to organize one from another store location When it arrives they would call me Well they never called and in addition it s not possible to ever reach someone at the service phone Doesn t matter what time and day - not once my calls were answered Stay away

Neuer 3 Tage Router von Asus h ngt sich nach Stromausfall auf Euronics HU Nagykanizsa verweigert Geld zur ck oder Umtausch Euronics hat nach langem hin und her den Router an Asus zur Reparatur eingeschickt - ein Witz da dies Kosten daf r h her sind als der Warenwert Gesch tzte Dauer der Rep ca 5 - 30 Tage - HAHAHA Warte seit einem Monat auf mein bezahltes und hoffentlich dann funktionierendes Ger t In der Zwischenzeit entweder kein Internet oder anderen Router kaufen - super Das ist der schlimmste Saftladen den ich jemals erlebt habe Nie wieder - 100 unfreundlich unwillig unf hig und obendrein noch frech Den Fall an Asus berichtet - Antwort tut uns leid - noch besser als Euronics - Gleich und Gleich gesinnt sich gern kann ich da nur sagen Asus gibt es f r mich ebenfalls nicht mehr - inakzeptabel - Ar Product Model TUF-AX3000Product S N N6IG59602629FXGMail an ASUS Hello I bought this Router at Euronice Nagykanizsa Hungary on the 28 09 2022 After a power-out the Router did not connect to my Z-Net Internet anymore Red light A service technician from Z-Net could not help me but charged me Ft20 230 A service technician form another company IT got it running but after we turned on and off the power same problem again and I paid again FT 20 000 Brought it to Euronics at the 11 10 2022 for exchange or money back - NO WAY they told me the device was sent to repair It should take 5 to 30 days to fix it Are they out of their mind What to do in the meantime No internet or what Today is the 6 11 2022 and I am still without my router NO SMS form them no phone call nothing I never will buy a product from ASUS again and also never again Euronics - you guys don t know anything about customer service If the device is not in my hands soon I will give the case to a lawyer and also I will write in any blog I can find what crappy company Asus is Thank you and have fun with your clients RegardsErwin Leitner

coffe machine bought as new but was used and its broken
I bought a coffe machine from their official page as new for 800euros but when it arrives the suprise was that the item was used - not new The product was in a very bad shape Already the box was presenting signs as it was already open in the past Opening the box I found the machine without any protection with a lot of scratches and the water tank broken

Very bad Normally I would give zero stars I ordered a hoover and it was never delivered I gave them a call and they told me that they sent me an email with information that they could not deliver the product however that was also not true as I never received such an email Will never order anything from them anymore I got my money back tough

Don t order from euronics
I ordered a camera from them on the the 29th January I sent multiple emails asking for time of delivery and tracking information I received neither only that they couldn t provide tracking information and that it was on the way I kept sending emails asking for tracking information but never received any Now on the 13th of February they have shown me a screenshot of the tracking information that the package is being returned to sender This company is useless Wouldn t recommend this experience to anyone I now have to wait to see if i get a refund I don t think I will be getting this anytime soon

Really bad support
I have bought laptop it came on time well packed but laptop had mistake from start First display later Graphic card And now Toshiba shift us to seller to change it or refund it But Euronics replied on my emails only once with answer to contact Toshiba which said to contact Euronics playing ping pong with me I m about to contact Toshiba that Euronics is not helpful this is not way to treat your customer
