Thoroughly dishonest and morally bankrupt company

I have been working on my Mothers Property for the last year and we were assured by the building management company that parking was not enforced I received a fine from Euro Parking Services for parking in my own Mothers designated bay On trying to appeal the fine Euro Parking Services online appeal form will not submit - surprise surprise I m not surprised that Euro Parking Services have 100 negative reviews - as they are a morally unprincipled company preying on whoever they can

Scam artists - reported to IAS POPLA

Wow nothing but 1 star reviews I am not surprised I received a fine for doing a 5 second U turn in the mouth of a carpark my PCN stated I had been parked up for just over 1 hour incredible Furthermore the time they recorded me parking was whilst I was 15 miles away at work almost exactly 1 hour out Upon appealing I requested either footage or a still image of me parking and exiting my car this was flat out denied I have since raised a complaint and contacted the IAS and POPLA individually Needless to say I am not handing over penny through pure principle It is simple just do not use these carparks

I parked for less than 3 mins had the engine on I didn t receive the original pcn in the post but received a final reminder for 100 instead There is no way to appeal or email them I sent a letter to them via recorded delivery making an complaint and they have received it I can see through tracking They are thieves and con artists Their standards and procedures need to be inspected and investigated by the authorities

NEVER use Euro Parking Services

Got a PCN fine for full 60 despite buying 5 hours parking via Ringo and getting a receipt Had problems changing my usual parking location on Ringo and contacting them so was unable to pay for first period of c 1 hour Unable to contact to explain and had appeal rejected Shocking company

UNFAIR PARKING OUTCOME

When I parked my wife s Darcia Sandero at 33118 Earlham Hotel Car Park Norwich the ANPR there identified that car as a white Mercedes I have the screen shot evidence of this which I presented to Euro Parking Services but they dismissed it as insufficient proof I also called to pay over the phone and the number plate was that of a white Mercedes There is no option to pay cash to park at this location so the two options available were floored making it impossible for me to make a payment for parking I have appealed to the IAS and written a complaint letter to Euro Parking Services Customer services all responses justified the issuing of the ticket I am appealing to The Trading Standards to check this company out as they are exploiting facility users There are a lot of people who have written reviews here with almost similar issues on parking fines I personally feel robbed by Euro Parking Services on this occasion They have a generic response to complaints referring complainants to call them on 08451210065 which is not a free number to call If sincere why not give people a free phone number

Absolutely disgusted with Europarking You can not contact them even though they say you can You cant email or contact them direct Dirty stinking SHITBAGS Well if I have to pay my fine it will be in pennies at their reception in Birmingham Asked for information to legal documents proving they have a right to charge in what I believe to be public land

Argument here to introduce a zero star rating

As this abhorrent company has never received other than one star reviews I m sure if there were an option to award zero they d clean up how is it they have an overall atrocious rating of 1 3 I m sure the directors of this scam company won t give a flying ---k but in the interests of accuracy Trustpilot please respond Thank you

Another review to for this absolutely disgusting money grabbing dirt bags After multiple communication attempts I ve had no response I ve asked them for legal documents or permits to show they can charge people for what I believe I was parking on public land I think they are scamming people and I am willing to pay the 60 00 fine when they show proof it s not a scam They also scam money from you when you call their 0845 number cause you also get charged for that

Absolutely appalling bully boy tactics abusing vulnerable people who then pay instead of defending their legal rights This company will never take you to court they use that threat to try and get vulnerable to pay If they do issue proceedings counter sue them for 10000 in fees for having to deal with them the court regularly awards damages if you turn up and they don t They are an absolute joke and evil scum The judiciary hates having these cases come before them and regularly criticize these companies
