New Zealand South Island trip August 2023

We have a wonderful trip during our holiday to New Zealand South Island on 13th-19th August 2023 We booked the car 2 months ealier and got the special offer and we were lucky to have a upgraded to get a larger car The car was new and in very good condition Thank you

Just perfect customer service

The customer service at Europcar London City Airport was most professional and helpful I rented a car twice in successive days and on both occasions it was a hassle free experience given by friendly and informative staff who obviously enjoy their work I would recommend Europcar highly to anyone The cars were clean comfortable and well maintained Edit I had arrived from Australia to be with my mother during her final days of her life and I also had jet lag Be aware that if you re offered an upgrade as a courtesy as it will see the costs spiral A VW Golf cost me 105 for the one day and then the upgraded BMW series 1 was a whopping 158 for the second day A friend advised me to try Economy Car Rentals who then booked me a car through Avis adjacent to Europcar at London City Airport and the same Golf cost me just 213 for three days with the same excellent customer service

Great experience renting from Europcar I am an executive level member with National Rental Car and chose to rent from Europcar because of the lack of available cars from my primary And I am glad I did The car was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous The service was outstanding I Will definitely rent from them again

We were fortunate enough to get upgraded to a brand new Ford Ranger The staff at Auckland airport were extremely kind Europcar is always trustworthy would rent from again

Fuss-free service from Jason at London City Airport We booked online and had an out-of-hours return and were a little concerned but it went smoothly He explained requirements clearly to us and was very helpful with the process Would certainly return again

Super easy pickup at Queenstown

Super easy pickup at Queenstown airport Car had a few minor scratches which we mentioned to the desk clerk She showed us where they were already called out on our receipt which was helpful to avoid being considered at fault for them Returning at Hamilton was as easy as dropping the keys in a box which we didn t know until we waited in line for 10 min Our bad
