i had a lovely experience talking to Stefan
i had a lovely experience talking to a gent named Stefan from the mercedes Benz europcar car hire branch what made the experience great was i have been contacting europcar for options on collection of my rental vehicle and talking to other people and it seemed i was swimming in sand HOWEVER from the first moment Stefan took over the phone there it came across clearly he knew what he was doing provided a crisp summary of the previous conversations laid out the various options and did not mind my numerous questions despite it being past his closing hours and provided a solution and sent an email to summarise what we agreed upon He was proffesional in a way that i had not experienced since i have been in con tact with the renatl agency for the previous 5 days He definitely is a 5-star product
