Don t do this I rented a car with a baby seat By the arrival the employee said that there was no baby chair available and that I would be better off buying one in Dubai itself because thatscheaper I don t think this is what a Europcar employee should convey but okay The problem is that I had already paid for the rental of the car and the baby seat According to the employee I would get the money back for the chair I have never received money for the babychair but other amounts are being debited from my credit card without informing me I would like the payment for the baby chair refunded we are now two months further I just see this as theft and you don t expect this from a company like Europcar This is also the last time choosing this company I will be in Dubai next week again and then I will take steps towards the authorities

Worst car hire company in Dubai - DO NOT USE

Absolutely the worst car hire company in Dubai DO NOT USE They have no telephone service whatsoever at Terminal 1 Ever telephone number they list in their car hire agreement or Europcar online websites is not manned or just says call back later Shocking service They do not answer emails either If you have any issues with their cars or want to extend hire you cannot get hold of them It s actually dangerous if you have not means to contact in case of breakdown or accident I even called Europcar UK and they had same issue could not get hold of Terminal 1 They send email to Customer Service in Dubai and they did not respond either I have been trying to get someone for over a week to extend my hire now I just want hand car over and use someone else

Europcar from Dubai terminal2 stole my deposit of 256

Stole my deposit of 256 No damage to the car Told it will be refunded after 30 days No refund it s been 5months and i have lost 256 DO NOT USE They don t respond to emails or answer the phone I tried to use Europcar in Portugal as a intermediate and they said we try but our colleagues in Dubai don t answer I was stolen and I would like to know how can I receive my money back

Your deposit is not safe with Europcar

The car was returned in perfect condition but they deducted the full deposit illegally I got a traffic fine of 63 steriling that Europcar should have deducted from the deposit However the full deposit was taken from my bank when I returned to the UK Europcar decided to keep the full deposit of 333 75 and no response to the emails so far Absolute criminal

Hired a car in Dubai only place I used my card now I am getting bills for taxes and a bill for 62 and can t find out what for do not use this company

Not recommended at all First of all you I didn t get same category car My order was Nissan Sentra and I was forced to get Kia rio Employees are worst specially front desk in terminal 2 very ineffective unhelpful What ever the urgent matter with your car no one is gonna answer your calls emails etc Keep in mind that the money you deposit is the money you forget it they tell you that they gonna transact the money after 21 days if no traffic fine was registered here we go it s been one month now Stay away from those fraudulents
