Most recently 31 03 23 I had exceptional service from a member of staff named malvina at gate du nord She was so uplifting and helpful and went above and beyond to assist me from security to departure gate This hasn t been my previous experiences pre covid but definitely with staff like malvina the experience has enhanced

Human kindness and genuine customer care
I have to review the exceptional customer service I received yesterday afternoon at Gare du Nord Having spent a few days in Paris with my severely autistic daughter we had a particularly difficult morning on Saturday 13th and I arrived at Gare du Nord more than 3 hours early hoping to arrange an earlier departure than the evening booking we had made as we just needed to get home The lady who served us at the customer service desk was extremely understanding and immediately arranged seats on the 3 15 train The team at the passport gates stepped in to help my daughter and I through the automatic gates And the lady at the gate allowed us through the barrier to board slightly before the main group giving us time to get down the ramp and on board before it became too crowded I cannot express my gratitude enough Travelling alone with a learning disabled teenager can be extremely stressful and the kindness of Eurostar staff redeemed what had to that point been a really demanding and emotionally exhausting day Well done on exceptional service which is all too rare these days

Amazing Staff
Super quick and easy to get through left plenty of time but had loads to spare too Staff were great especially Akim who was amazingly friendly and helpful I hope here s here next time I travel through

A great experience
