Please do not buy from this company They sell refunded tickets to higher fairs but lower categories You cannot choose your seats when you purchase the tickets and what you get 2-3 weeks later is not reflecting your money They are definitely profiting over people not being aware of the arenas rules etc The information is difusse and misleading In our case the Customer Service answered to our mails until the day we accepted the transfer of tickets from the previous owner I tried to resonate with them afterwards but no answer anymore I paid almost 2 600 sek for 2 seats which in reality based on the 1st purchaser receipt cost 1 000 sek For a first time experience in Sweden at Melodifestivalen with my 11 years old boy looking forward for nice moments and wishing to pay proper money it s already a disappointment Let us hope we still get in
