Incorrect info on initial website for movie 1917

After checking website event cinemas pacific fair went to see 1917 which was listed on website as standard for 3 20pm session for Sunday 26th April Went over to buy tix only to be informed that it was showing in Gold Class only Not happy get your initial website up to date Event Cinemas never fails to disappoint lately

Points removed while going through a global pandemic

If I could give them 0 stars I would How bad is it when we are going through a global pandemic and the cinemas were closed to the public in 2020 for a period of time Event cinemas deducted cinebuzz points from mine and my husbands account as we could not get to the cinemas to use those points It would be a completely different story if I just didn t bother going to the cinemas - then it s my fault But they were closed to the public we were going through a global pandemic - completely out of my hands Surely with all the management staff and advisors they have someone would of picked up on this and just over ridden the points being deleted OR send out an email to customers and notifying them that this may happen if it does contact them and they will rectify the problem Just shows how GREEDY they are I have emailed them and they haven t even bothered to reply

i purchased gift vouchers on the weekend they were supposed to be emailed to me its now Tuesday and haven t received themthere is no email address or phone number only a convoluted conversation system which is supposed to be available 9-5 Mon-Fri but i asked my question over an hour ago but no response aren t conversations supposed to be 2 way

Trying to get a refund on a Gold Class ticket as we were evacuated due to a fire before the movie even started Have lodged 4 tickets and sent several emails but no response Very disappointed at not receiving a refund for a genuine situation that was not my fault
