P nk concert heroes

Honestly without these people our night would not have turned out so great I forgot to ask for their names but these two ladies who were standing at the VIP stand during the P nk concert deserve a raise They went above and beyond and helped us so much Even when all other staff members could not help they managed to pull it off I can not thank them enough We booked with eventim but I will only go for eventtravel from now on Thanks again

Had the best time Would definitely use again

I booked 2 tickets for P nk s Summer Carnival in Cardiff and had the most amazing time It was my first time using Event Travel and I will definitely do it again I booked via reservation deposit and then paid off my remaining balance whenever I could before the due date and it was seamless I was given email updates throughout and the tickets were sent over within plenty of time for the event Getting to the stadium and figuring out where to go was confusing but once we found which queues we were meant to be in it was fine The Event staff were brilliant in sorting out everything and making sure we got into the stadium safely I m autistic and get anxiety in larger crowds part of the reason why I opted for early entry VIP and I felt extremely safe and at ease the entire time even when the crowds started pouring in I never once felt unsafe Apart from the train journey home The added extra of customer service on the day was great The show itself was incredible and we ended up being right at the front of the stage and got to see everything and P nk was amazing as were the supporting acts We also got given a VIP goody bag and a laminate which was cute to have as a keepsake Yes the tickets were expensive but for me it was definitely worth it as this was a once in a lifetime show for me I had such an amazing time I wish I could do it all over again Thank you Event Travel for the incredible experience

First time using and definitely not the last

Was the first time using them and definitely won t be the last Went to see P NK in Warsaw 16 07 23 and had VIP Early Entry tickets The staff were fantastic everything went so smoothly and we got our spot in the very front row I m not sure what I was expecting as assumed we d just be joining the queue with hundreds of other early entry holders but No there was 120 of us and we were the first people to go into the stadium and were escorted in hence being in the front row even got to hold hands with 2 of the dancers The whole trip was a dream come true I highly recommend

Great Team of People

The team at Event travel are fab I booked EE for P nk my first time doing EE Initially I was nervous as kept thinking will it be a free for all going In I couldn t of been more wrong we were taken in by a lovely lady nice calm walk to the barrier was not what I was expecting They kept us informed throughout and for me and my friends we couldn t fault them Thanks again see you ok the next Tour

Lifetime Event Travel Customer

We have been using Event Travel since 2018 for VIP Early Entry packages for P nk We have probably racked up 30 gigs with them now and I honestly wouldn t have it any other way All the staff we have had dealings woth over the years both in the office and on site on the day are lovely and knowledgeable and will always have time for a chat or to answer any questions For me the organised and slow calm entry into the venues before general access is the clincher No stress no rushing and certainly no liberties taken You push or run and you re out I know some people have taken offence to simply being told the rules but when one person is trying to explain them to a couple of hundred people she needs to be heard I for one am grateful for that Some of the negative comments are unfortunately beyond Event Travels control and come down to venue security which they are not part of You get in safely before ANYONE else and are guaranteed a spot on the front barrier if you want it - sure it might not be an hour before anyone else but again this is down to venue security and sound checks etc - the Event Travel team are on top of everything the second they are given the green light I for one am grateful I discovered this team and will be a lifetime customer

A great experience with Event Travel

We had a great experience with Event Travel VIP for the P NK Summer Carnival Concert in Dublin 21 06 24 We had VIP Hot Seat tickets My teenage son is Autistic and struggles with crowds I contacted the company by email 2 days before the event to see if they could help me in anyway to make the entry a positive experience for my son A girl called Jessica Vaughan replied to me immediately and she had arranged for us to meet the Event Travel Reps on the day of the concert and just show them the email that Jessica had sent me We met Lyndsey at the Aviva Stadium and showed her the email and she said she was expecting us She brought us to a quiet area and we only had to wait for about 15 minutes and Lyndsey brought us straight through to our seats I cannot thank you two enough for your kindness your help and most of all your commitment My son had the best experience and absolutely loved seeing P NK I would highly recommend using Event Travel and will definitely be using them again in the future Yvonne

I wouldn t gig any other way

I have recently done 2 VIP early entry dates for P nk in Liverpool The team are fantastic Regardless of when the doors open you are the first ones in the arena I ve seen some people stating that they weren t let in that early but it isn t up to the team it is when the artists management say it is okay to do so Smooth process and I had SO MUCH FUN Keep doing what you re doing Coby

Hannah is BRILLANT What a nice helpful and professional lady She went above and beyond to get me a HOT SOUND Paul McCartney ticket for London She did not need to go to the level of trouble that she did Thank you
