The way you changed cost of the subscription and plex for Russians is terrible I m really frustrated

played this game longer than i can

played this game longer than i can honestly remember but ever since they started pushing for Market and new player experience the game has gone to total crap now that they sold to the company that owns bdo it all makes sense and i will never play it again

They will ban you without listening to you

I got banned after playing this game for also most 7 years they clamed that is was using a macro but the only program I used besides eveonline was IsBoxer witch at that time was legal the member of the security team also told it was I had a ban from when i had palyed the game about half a year form using a auto pilot program since then I keept my path clean witch is why also cheked up on if IsBoxer was legal to use or not before I started using it IsBoxer was declared bannable December 2014 and I got banned in Oktober 2014 But I still got banned So my best advice don t wast your time on a game where you can get banned for doing someting that is legal an allowed by the gama provider I don t care about the monney I use on it but 7 years of gaming time down the drain plus having fun with online friends ended When I asked they told me that I had ben banned two times after the one time I knew about and total of 3 bans this a 4th one for apparently usening IsBoxer despite my attempts to get answere I din t get any at best just some half wit remarks or just got ignored by two of the security team members I read that there in the old days was a 3 strike rule so if I had been banned 3 time prior to October 2014 I woudnt have ben able to play for the last 5 years I should only have been able to play the first 2 years and not almost 7 years as the 1 know and 2 unknown bans was with in the first 2 years I KNOW I ONLY HAD ONE from usening a stupild autopilot program after playing app half a year and nothing else

more than 2 years after i quit playing they charged my paypal account for a one year subscription

Great game No Support what so ever

the game itself is great but without support you have nothingthere is no Phone support and the ticket system can take over 2-4 weeks for a reply its almost worse than steam support

I have been fighting with this game since 2006 off and on Takes forever to get a ticket responded too If they even do They never side with you no matter what Partly my fault to come back after years to expect them to change Waste of Money Gotta be careful online sometimes people get banned and send you gift contracts and you accept them then the GM steal everything from you including what you earned fairly Then they will ignore your response and ticket Really not worth the time required for this game to deal with the punishment the Devs dish out for things not under your control Take it from a guy who has seem many and I mean Many Quit over this alone Play Star Wars or something else not really worth it
