90 Day Risk Free Guarantee not honoured
The company offers a 90 Day Risk Free Guarantee In my case it was offered as a free 90 day trial no question asked with free return shipping The order has as the top 90 Day Hassle free Returns and RefundsI ordered the ice bath on 21 08 2023 but it wasn t delivered until 15 12 2023 The company confirmed by email that the 90 days would start from the date of delivery on 24 01 2024 I emailed the company to advise I had decided to retun the ice bath due to advice from my doctor I had been getting massive nose bleeds which seemed to be triggered by using the ice bath The company replied on 8 2 2024 with instruction to pack the ice bath ready for shipping and they would send me the shipping labels On 14 2 2024 I confirmed all is ready to go The company responded I regret to inform you that your purchase has surpassed the 90-day risk-free guarantee period Unfortunately this means we are unable to proceed with the return and refund process for your order at this time This is not true as the 90 days risk-free guarantee ends on 14 03 2024 The company seems to be deliberating delaying response times and creating trouble to avoid honouring the guarantee I have sought legal advice For anyone with this experience know that you have a strong case

Product is not as it s seem on the images faulty parts which breaks easily Would not recommend if you actually want to use the ice bath Only positive is they happily send out replacement parts to which you will need many

Waited over 15weeks
Waited over 15weeksOrdered on the 29th of February then when the 6 week mark came I emailed next week it will be delivered then next week then at latest next week again and again until it finally got sent out for delivery then it got delivered to the wrong address and deemed lost Everest have made a claim with the Courier the other component however wasn t ready for delivery after being told it was so when I contacted about that I got upgraded to the pro which was great then that got delivered the pod then again was delivered but labeled with the wrong address and returned to sender that was approx 13 weeks since order now I m being ignored on all platforms regarding a solution when I was last told we will get back to you the following day not very good business there are definitely different ice bath companies that you should research first

Cheap quality and bad customer service the 5-star reviews are bogus
If you read through the reviews here you can see there are a bunch of bogus 5 star reviews and the rest are actual 1 star reviews My experience is exactly like the other 1 star reviews where I placed my order didn t receive any updates for two weeks until I asked them for one the delivery of my 2 items EverestPod and Infrared blanket was split so I would finally receive the EverestPod after a month and now I am still waiting for my sauna blanket to arrive 3 months later It is on track to take 4 months to receive my complete order that was advertised as in stock on the website when I placed it Nobody ever contacted me to apologise for the delay and when I contacted the Everest Labs team it would take a few days to get a response Layer terrible customer service on a very cheaply made product and that s what you can actually expect from Everest Labs The EverestPod is made from really cheap materials All the threads for the hoses are really cheap soft plastic If you try to stop the leaks and it always leaks by tightening the hoses you will strip the threads The wiring feels very cheap and doesn t appear to be water resistant which blows my mind considering this product is centered around water The chiller is also made from extremely cheap materials All of the screws that are visible in the external housing rusted within a week of using the EverestPod So what I will say is if you want an ice plunge but can t commit to a more expensive permanent solution then the EverestPod is a temporary solution that does work as intended but it is cheaply made and the customer service is terrible I will be happy if my EverestPod lasts a year based on my experience so far and hopefully I don t need them to replace anything under the warranty

Don t fall for the marketing ploy or the 90 day return policy
DO NOT RECOMMEND Even if your unit is FAULTY and LEAKING Mike will not allow a refund Instead he will only suggest troubleshooting Says you can only return the unit if you see it s faulty upon OPENING Once used they don t want to hear about it As a layperson how can you tell that it s fauly without using it So I can return a faulty 100 microwave at Kmart but I can t return a faulty 1900 ice bath Don t fall for the marketing ploy They advertise risk free returns however they won t be honouring it My ice bath has been leaking heavily overnight and I cannot seem to pinpoint where the leak is coming from Mike the highest point of escalation has been extremely unhelpful dismissive and has no level of care or understanding I have requested a return and refund on multiple occasions however zero progress An expensive yet cheaply built and made product coupled with poor customer service and a return policy that is NOT industry standard DO NOT buy this Go for other ice baths on the market

DONT FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST BUT THIS PRODUCT I ve never in my life written a Google review because I ve never felt the need to but I wish someone had warned me before buying their product so I hope I can warn others So hears the story I spent 2390 on the tub and chiller set up It took over 9 weeks after I paid for it to even leave their factory There was approximately 40 emails sent back and forth between myself and what they call their support team and I couldn t get any clear answer as to why it was taking so long Allni got were empty apologies gratitude for my patience and excuses along the lines of we need to carefully inspect each item to ensure it s quality 9 weeks later it arrived and as it turns out they didn t ensure the quality well enough and the pump immediately broke off at one of the joints upon assembly In their defence they did promptly send a replacement pump out After a few weeks of use the system was working fine however unbeknownst to me it was leaking from almost every join in the plumbing and caused water damage to my house I drained then system and tried to tighten all the joins and once again then pump broke I proceeded to demand a refund and they asked that I pack the items up to their satisfaction and they will send a courier to my house to pick it up They then encountered a problem with their courier and asked if they could send me shipping lables instead so I couldn t mail it back to them I said yes They then encountered a problem with sending me shipping labels and asked that I send it back to them at my own cost I complied Over 6 weeks past and I still hadn t received a refund and every time I asked why I was given the same genetic excuses and apologies that seemed like they were written by chat gpt 9 weeks passed and I eventually had to hire a lawyer at my own cost to threaten to take legal action on my behalf Even then it took them another week to come up with my money and finally was refunded with another empty apology Summery Paid 2390 for the ice bath in March Caused damage to my home Cost me hundreds in lawyer fees to get my refund Was refunded in October I got about approximately 4 weeks use out of it I ve since got another one through primal ice it was delivered within a week and it functions perfect Do what you want with this information but you ve been warned

Disappointing Experience with Faulty Product and Poor Customer Support
I purchased an EverestPod chiller less than 12 months ago and unfortunately the chiller stopped working I followed all troubleshooting steps as advised by the company but the issue persisted After contacting their support team I paid the fee for a replacement chiller as per their instructions yet the promised replacement has not arrived Despite my repeated attempts to reach their customer service team for updates I have received no response It s incredibly frustrating especially considering I m still within the warranty period for the product I was promised a solution and now there is no communication I understand that products can sometimes have issues but the lack of communication and the failure to honor the original replacement agreement is unacceptable I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from EverestLabs

Absolutely appalling experience This company is completely unreachable no way to contact them directly and they take over a week to respond if they even bother After months of trying to resolve an issue that was their fault from the beginning they had the audacity to block us the moment we requested a refund Their incompetence has cost us countless customers DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

Putrid Please don t go with this company as they will stuff you over I am baffled in the way they run a business and have handle my situation with them I have a gym health club and have 50 people on a membership that can use the cold plunge on a weekly basis When the cooler unit started mucking around they were quick with responses but as soon as I wanted to get a refund as it only lasted 4 5 months They started replying after 1 day and then 2 and then started taking around a week at a time and really dragged it out This has been going on since early November as well I had to get fair trading involved and it s in the process now of getting a refund You also can t call them as they don t have a contact number which is ridiculous and made things so much harder For you sake I wouldn t go with them because when something goes wrong they won t help you You can see on ASIC that the business isn t doing well at all so they can t afford a refund even when it s in their contract Don t buy from these clowns
