I cannot believe with the best practices of software development these days there are still people out there who deliberately make canceling a subscription that difficult And does not allow me to skip that STUPID video Like WTF Even after I canceled my membership they still tried to charge me This is illegal

Highly disappointed by their customer service Shame on you EverythingMoney I accidentally created an anual subscription because they didn t have a confirmation popup I asked for a refund since I didn t use their services and didn t plan to do so They pointed me to their term and conditions and explained to me it is not possible I think it is a nasty approach from them especially when they claim they have limited spots available They seemed to be desperate Moving further I opened a dispute on Revolut and they managed to get the refund for me Shame on you Everything money
