Boss service from start to finish first order didn t go to plan but was told right away by Ewan on what s app he gave me many solutions including a refund came back a few weeks later to order a racket received it the next day well packaged and a free sports bottle included personalised with my sons name on

I ve been looking for a Padel racket for a little while now and became a little overwhelmed with options I came across everything Padel on YouTube and TikTok excellent videos btw and went to the website I still couldn t decide and they had an option to get in contact I sent Ewan a WhatsApp message and within 30 minutes he sent me some personal recommendations with voice notes explaining why he thought they d be suitable for me and my playing style I had some follow up questions and he was very honest and informative When I decided which racket I wanted I saw it was cheaper elsewhere and Ewan price matched it for me As far as customer service goes they ve been excellent I would happily recommend them to anyway looking for any Padel equipment Thanks again Ewan
