We bought one of the baby carriages from Evobike and I immediately found the same model but cheaper from another website I decided to return it and got this information as the return policy these have not been shared with me when purchasing the product If you wish to return the product you have ordered there will be a return shipping fee of 2 euro kg This will be deducted from the money that will be reimbursed when we have received and approved your return Do keep in mind if the product has been used more than to test it and if the original box is missing there might also be a reduction of the value of the product and this will also be deducted from the money that will be reimbursed So I had to keep it for a higher price

The Box for the carriage came with a defect from the factory and after writing they gave me a solution I am not happy about and I still haven t got an answer to my mail Also I used the bike for a week and the chain already broke Very dissapoited

The bike seems to be very nice
The bike seems to be very nice The instruction pdf s are tho inadequate and they differ between languages Ex in the Finnish version there s no mention about the password That created some confusion and we had to compare the instruction pdf s from other languages Also we had a big problem to take out the battery It was stuck very heavily and we needed quite a of force to get it out eventho you adviced to not to use force Over all it would be good to be sure that the instructions are well translated D
