Never buy from them

Never ever buy stuff from Evok Bangalore HBR layout We brought a sofa worth 75K which got spoilt in 8 months We then contacted Evok who gave a contact called Narendra who came and fixed the seating In about a year s time the cover started wearing off We contacted the guy Narendra again who came and told us that the entire cover needs to be removed and charged 26K from us The cover lasted only for 6 months and started to wear off Now the guy after being contacted just gives excuses and has not come over again to fix the shoddy work that he has done Go for some other good brand other than EVOK Terrible experience to say the least

Pathetic Experience

Never buy from them They have stupid cancellation policy and they take 15 days to delivery There are hundreds of websites who deliver in three days wit 0 cancellation fee Customer service is worst

Online deliver is just next to pathetic They don t care whether you are calling them over phone Twitter FB WhatsApp Your concerns will not be heard There CC is full of untrained unprofessional persons who don t provide you any information but are so concerned about professional terms Will definitely not go with their online delivery

Delivery of Fault and Used product Delayed Delivery Worst customer service Irresponsible employees False commitment

I have purchased the dining table with six chairs from Evok Faridabad store on 6th of October with expected date of delivery 9th of October with the commitment from the sales Manager that the assembling will be done on the same day itself by the delivery person After a lot of followup when the delivery was not done on 9th Oct and various different excuses from Sales manager and delivery manager I then received the delivery late on 13th October Upon the delivery it was a surprise to see the delivery was done for only 4 chairs instead of 6 Again the assembling were not done on the same day hence I had to keep the product as is in the packed condition until the assembling is completed I waited for 3 more days after that to get someone at my home to assemble the product Again a lot of follow up had to be done for this But the shocking was the delivery of two further chairs were done from store only which were the display material instead of the fresh one At the time of assemble it was noticed that the chairs we received were not the same one we selected and hence the different product altogether were delivered to us Also the Dining table with also not polished properly and hence it looks the used material is delivered to us When we enquired further they said they do not have this product now available in the store and with the vendor and they will get the display product delivered after polish I am honestly not satisfied with this behaviour and kind of intention shown in this overall situation and few major points that I was highlight in this case Firstly when the product was not available in the store and with the vendor why the booking was done at the first place This is truly the case of cheating and false information to the customer Hence if the product was not available the sales manager must have confirmed the display material will be delivered and hence customer can make up their mind whether they want to buy it or notWrong commitment multiple times by Sales Manager and Delivery Manager after 9th of Oct when I started doing the follow up Even today till 21st Oct 2021 I have not received the product that I paid for Evok has now confirmed that they will be delivering the display material after polish hence I need to have either further discount on this product or the fresh Material If either of the both cannot be done then the refund of my whole amount as I do not want to use this product in such case Honestly I am literally frustated with the wrong commitment and to see the product quality and hence need to have an urgent revert of my complaints I also need to know where I can raise these points further to ensure swift action is being taken Also what action would Evok take to ensure such incidence are not occured in future Now almost after one month of followup and review no one has resolved my concern and hence I have raised to return the product and take refund of the whole amount
