They are a bunch of crooks
They are a bunch of crooks after I canceled my subscription with EPOS they have continuously billed me for charges for going on 2 months Billed me for PCI compliance 100 after I tried canceling and haven t used the equipment STAY CLEAR of this company or anyone who is affiliated with them Left them to begin with because we were having so many problems with their equipment and their customer service doesn t know their left hand from their right

EVO payment proccesor is the worst company to deal with Their customer service is not even one star They put you on hold for hours and do not resolve your issue I called to ask for a supervisor and they never give you one If you do not want any aggrevation stay away fromthis compant

They were charging me 6 4 of my sales though they told me their system used the lowest rates per card Then to cancel they charge you 495 Never use this company

For a reason that no one at EVO could
For a reason that no one at EVO could answer after 4 phone calls my ability to process credit card payments was halted in the middle of April They admitted that I had not exceeded my limits and January thru March was without incident The answer I got was just wait until May it might resolve then Meanwhile I m losing sales So I decided to jump ship and went to Quickbooks Online I was already using them for bookkeeping and payroll I applied and got an immediate approval My limit was increased from the few thousand that EVO allowed me to 100K Then EVO had the nerve to charge me almost 500 for cancelling our agreement early even though they weren t providing services After many calls to them and them saying they would look into it I gave up In addition EVO s pricing scheme is very confusing and QBO is not - 3 3 on all charges EVO is terrible and they sure raked me over the coals

GARBAGE COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS GARBAGE COMPANY They lure you in by offering low rates but will rob you after you close your business down Constantly I am getting charged for cancellation fees when I cancelled over 2 years ago PCI charges left and right too I think global payments bought them as well so be on the lookout for them too

Crooks
Crooks I closed my account since we changed company names We opened a new account thru PaySimple which uses EVO as a partner We stopped receiving deposited for over 3 months and were told that the funds were being held in reserves We submitted their required paperwork many times with no progress on retrieving our funds These are funds that are collected on a recurring monthly basis from our customers I was told all paperwork was received and assured that a deposit was on its way A week later they needed my personal address in order to mail us a check for the money in reserves I gave them a couple of weeks before I tried again and they informed me that a they needed my banking infomation again Once I explained that we no longer had access to that banking info since it was closed they asked for my personal information so that could mail a check This process has happened 6 times My blood pressure is thru the roof because of these people and my only recourse is to employ the services of a legal team at this point My ability to keep my sanity with this company is difficult and I cannot move on fast enough

Evos is a horrible payment processor
Evos is deceitful misleading and holds your money for months with no explanation They increased our rate to 5 with no warning or explanation When terminating they charged a 900 termination fee in addition to 51 monthly fees for 3 months I feel like such a fool for not reading these ratings prior to signing up with them

If I could give them a ZERO I would Had them for 3 years and was raped in fees They held 13 days of my payments and o called daily and was given a run around I finally got my money after 27 DAYS and I immediately found a new processing company I called them to cancel and they sent me a return label and told me to ship the equipment back which I did I continued to be charged the next month 147 and their reason was because I didn t call them and tell them I shipped the equipment back They received the package 3 days after I shipped it but charged me a monthly fee 21 days later DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They are unethical and their customer service is horrendous

I owned 2 bars
I owned 2 bars Sold them both I used EVO for card processing at both locations The new owners transferred and used the card terminals A year later they contacted me and told me I have to return their equipment I definitely had a hard time explaining to the new owners that I had to take the terminals they are using I returned the equipment I have delivery confirmation that they received it Now they have a collection agent after me and they hurt my credit score I ve talked with several different people I believe it s now Global Pay Solutions I get the run around with no help I would NOT recommend doing business with this company I spoke with a lawyer and he wants 5 000 to get started to resolve this
