I was very impressed with the quick solution presented due to a problem with my order I had Evora were helpful and really listened to my concerns Just waiting for my replacement order to arrive now I only told them about my problem yesterday and they have sorted a solution today I asked when they think this will arrive and the said as soon as they get the tracking details they provide me with them so hopefully it will arrive soon Great costumer service thank you

I ordered Koala for my grandson and the bunny for my granddaughter The quality is outstanding The Koala had a fault but the customer service I received was the best I have ever experienced Promptly answered my e mail and within two days a replacement was despatched Thank you Evora Wouldn t hesitate to shop with this company again

Relief Koala how did I live without it

I purchased the relief koala after suffering several months of chronic sleep problems and anxiety issues I saw the adverts for your products on social media and after reading the reviews thought I had nothing to lose by giving it a go Well I was certainly surprised by the results since using the koala my sleep has started to improve I have noticed how if I am feeling stressed or anxious my breathing will align with the koalas and I start to feel calmer I won t go to bed without my koala now I had issues with my koala but your customer services were fantastic and soon arranged a replacement it was all done very quickly and with no fuss I am now looking at other products that you offer Thank you so much for helping me

Both myself and my son have adhd and Autism and on top of that my son was in a coma in march due to a rare form of bacterial meningococcal meningitis with sepsis We were in the hospital for a month which has left him with a brain injury As you can imagine we have both been left with ptsd trauma I wanted something to help heal him and calm me at night and came across theses beautiful evora koala bears And oh my gosh they are perfect When my son saw it he fell in love as did I The heartbeat movement matches your own and it also plays sound and sleep noises It also came with an eye mask and oils for myself which i am so excited to use I really can not recommend this enough for an adult or a child And definately would love another one very soon thankyou Evora for making our day

Fantastic customer service - we ordered two of these for my children and when only one arrived I chased this up and sent the required information and another one was sent in the post the following day We have the elephant and my four year old already loves this product Very happy

My experience with Evora and the team has been very positive I had a small issue with my Evora Koala when I received it After emailing the support team my enquiry was dealt with very quickly and efficiently I found the staff very helpful and understanding I m looking forward to receiving my replacement It took about 13 days for my product to arrive again when I chased it up the support team responded and reassured me the product was on its way The tracking system was helpful to locate at what stage the product was in transit I would highly recommend Evora to anyone considering buying their products
