AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We had a lot of issues from the start of the service We got given an Intel server when we asked for AMD We had nothing but issues with the Intel being told there is a broken component inside of the server so then we had wait weeks after weeks for it to be solved and then we came into another problem We got promised specs which we didn t receive kept making an excuse saying he paid 4000 Euros for parts which came broke so then we had to wait even more weeks for the server we wanted in the end and then once we finally got the AMD Dedicated Server we than didn t received the correct RAM which we paid for Nothing but a wasteful company Dedicated Server on the panel doesn t even show the correct specs Support only says certain things and then your lost in a mind baffle because they don t update you with anything They gave us a Temp VPS to have all my hard work deleted by the system I wouldn t feel safe with my files with this company

I was here for a month this is really bad

I was here for a month cause of a deal that was to good to be true Had my ticket opened daily nonetheless Dado always was friendly and i was switched notes a few times finally node 3 ran great 2 days later they switch me back and in my panel i read cheap node and performance node have screens of it They promised me few times after announcing it also we get extra days as compensation also screenshots of this guess what i never got 1 day extra Conclusion they grew too fast and can t handle it so people don t get what they pay for expired windows license so my server stops every hour in customer chat saw more complaints and now am leaving Really thought in the beginning WOW they really care about the customers Once you are in they stay friendly but that s all nothing happens and alot of excuses Hope they get more workers and deliver what people pay for

I got scammed they promised to deliver me a 7950x3d AMD server but instead I got a 5900x and when i asked for him to change my server to a 7950x3d he said wait 1 hour i waited 1 hour and then he said wait until the morning cause network issues I then asked for a refund instead like 2 hours after he told me to wait for the morning and he wont give me a refund now They are scammers and re-sell from tube-hosting another server provider Also tried to charge me multiple times on my card

I am very disappointed with this cs he did not teach me how to cancel the rdp service I have already asked to cancel the renewal but the answer is very bad and now I have to auto-renew even though I don t want to this stupid evos base I don t hesitate to give 1 star on trustpilot I was disadvantaged 3 rdp auto-renewal my money was all gone I have requested a ticket not to renew it again before everything is extended my money is all gone
