No integrity I ordered a new 12V battery from EV tuning for my Tesla A week later I reached out to them to notify them that Item hasn t shipped and to cancel my order hours later after cancellation email they told me they shipped item Item was returned and after Item was returned they Ghost me with no email response no Phone call Nothing This company does not do good business Heres my email Im willing to remove review If I can just get some communication on my return ORDER 13632

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company They take money from your account and do not send the goods You will have to ask your bank to intervene to return your hard earned money I bought a battery for my Tesla S They didn t send anything no tracking number no answers to my questions from them Just ignoring Now I contacted the bank to get my money back
