Bez based at Ewemove Portslade is one of the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure to work with Kind generous quick to take action and there every step of the way We had a transaction where the Seller sadly passed away a week before exchange was due and Bez worked with the to be Executor straight away and was instrumental in applying for the Grant and helping the family keep their sale Within three weeks probate was granted and the sale completed I highly recommend Bez - he will go above and beyond He is a difference maker

When I was choosing an Estate Agent to sell my home in Yeovil I had a plethora of choice - after seeing the big chains I decided I d speak to some independents I am very pleased I did - Paul came round and walked me through their process having never sold a house before I was not sure what to expect He explained the process in detail and his expertise set my mind at rest which the others had not I cannot thank Paul and his team enough for all their knowledge and help in getting me through process solicitors are not the easiest beasts to deal with and I am so pleased that they dealt with a majority of the chasing and endless nonsense that my buyers solicitors threw my way If you want to feel like your house sale is as important to the estate agent as it is to you then you should get in contact with Paul and the team in Yeovil I would definitely use them again if I was in Yeovil I recommend them and EweMove

I have to say Carl was amazing

I have to say Carl was amazing I was not his customer but buying a house through ewe-move however I found Carl went above and beyond to get all the answers required and worked hard to resolve any issues He never once made me feel a nuisance for asking and I asked a lot but hey it s not a car which I can research or go in time and again to sit in Obviously he had his customer s best interest at heart but mediated well He was often ahead of me and sorted the next stage or question before I asked - he may have a nervous twitch after this I would have no hesitation using Carl if I was ever daft enough to move again Thanks Carl
