Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague Purchased a wall mount kayak rack it failed on first use Followed installation instructions to the letter Lomo declined my request for a replacement blaming incorrect installation It failed in two places further investigation seems others experienced the same issues Never purchasing from Lomo again and regret not reading these reviews beforehand Terrible product and appalling customer service

Parcel lost no refund
My order has never arrived and I ve been trying to track my parcel since more than a month Sent several request to Lomo customer service Just got superficial answer something like we will check with the transporter I asked Lomo to pay my money back But no answer This online merchant is online customer s worst nightmare especially if you order from outside of the UK

Sent wrong item admin kindly sent a return label No refund no replacement will open chargeback claim tomorrow Next time I ll save myself the hassle and buy elsewhere Really disappointed

Don t expect a refund on any shipping or
This is my second review and having had to pay 5 to return a wetsuit through no fault of my own they also do not refund any of the original shipping costs so all in all for one item expect to pay around 11 if it s not right I d never use this company again Stick to Ann s cottage or Amazon where returns and refunds are simple and fair Please move with the times Lomo

Wow I had to pay the return postage for a faulty product
Wow I bought a wetsuit from Lomo Watersport it arrived with half of the neck taped seal coming away A really helpful person on customer service desk offered a replacement so far so good But now a miscommunication in the returns process resulted in me booking a returns label and now they refuse to pay the return Does anyone expect to have to pay the return for a faulty product

Won t refund faulty products
I ve bought products from this company a few times and always had a good experience However I recently purchased a pair of goggles that were faulty - they leak water and constantly steam up I contacted the company for a return refund and was told I m afraid you can t return non-faulty items if they ve been used in the water Which makes no sense as the product is faulty and how do you test goggles if you can t use them in water To date they have not responded to my follow up emails I won t be using them again Shame

I ordered the women s prime wetsuit
I ordered the women s prime wetsuit It arrived promptly however within it was a sheet explaining you can t bend over or crouch down in this suit without risking the seams breaking I decided not to risk trying it on as was worried I might cause a seam to break and phoned up to discuss why none of this was explained anywhere on their website as I d never have ordered it if it had I honestly feel it was misold and I had to bear both the cost of sending and returning it The customer service received from Grant was well below what I d expect and I simply wanted them to offer to pay the return postage or agree to half but they wouldn t I emailed the owner Bruce Morrison and 24 hrs later I have had no reply Buyers of this wetsuit beware if you do anything other than swim in it the seams could break Not sure how one would be able to pick anything up etc so in my opinion not a wetsuit fit for purpose and customer service severely lacking Very disappointing all round

I ordered a cycling top which came with
I ordered a cycling top which came with a faulty zip I emailed customer service asking for a returns label Only to be told to email them a picture of said faulty zip so they said they could look at it I said I wasn t able to do that but I could whatsapp them a picture Nothing I have emailed them again saying the item is faulty and would like a refund Nothing for 3 weeks now Do not use this company is my advise

Small neoprene sheet purchase
Purchased some small 2mm and 3 mm sheets for repairing a wetsuit Received 2 x pieces of 4mm I contacted them but received no response I do not think I will be using these guys again

Cheap for a reason Products don t last long
I d bought some items from Lomo that have not lasted long before needing to be replaced I was initially pleased with my purchases but having now used the items I am disappointed with their longevity After just over a year s occasional use my wetsuit has torn in 2 places and the reflective coating from my polarised sunglasses have all but rubbed off I expected the products to give me a good number of years of use before reaching the state that they are in The price of their items seemed cheaper than mainstream manufacturers which lured me in but I now know why they are cheaper Had I appreciated I was buying from the equivalent of a low cost clothes store I would have bought from a reputable manufacturer and paid the extra for better quality items that would last and therefore offer better value for money Due to the low quality of the items I ve bought and disinterested customer service I will not purchase from them again nor can recommend them
