I have had an EWT water softener now since approx 2005 which has worked without any issues The engineer called out today for routine service and he went above and beyond to help me as my water softener is not repairable due to it being so old He contacted Abbie on my behalf and Abbie then contacted me within 10 mins I am now already being set up with a date for a replacement Abbie and all the team at EWT are always professional friendly and very helpful Thank you to all the team Celene McGrath

I contacted EWT to transfer my old water filtration system to a new one the response time was excellent and the service quick and easy with also an easy option payment plan i wanted a smaller machine to fit under the sink I also received 100 discount to replace my old machine thanks to Abbie and the team at EWT
