I ordered the item just before Christmas so the delivery took a long time as there was no one in the office and one of the parts that I ordered is on back order so obviously that will take a while too however I knew these things before ordering I am giving them 5 stars as I got a very polite phone call asking if I wanted to swap for any of the parts that they had in stock It is also worth noting that the parts on this site are very competitively priced
