The lady who served us in Exclusive Lighting Christopher Pratts Leeds was extremely helpful Mum has a severe visual impairment and your employee spent time with us talking through the various options with regard to ceiling lights and installing different light bulbs so Mum could work out which lighting suited her best We never felt hurried or pressured into making a decision and she even carried the lights out to my car when I called at the store to collect In my experience good customer service is hard to come by so I hope you will pass on our heartfelt thanks for such an understanding and patient employee Best wishes Carol and Catherine
