Good customer service

I don t like having to call to cancel my service it would be better to have a service cancellation button in user dash board But when I did call the customer service rep was polite understandable and competent making the experience a lot better than I expected I ended up staying

Been with Exetel a long time and had good service All my issues have been with the aging copper lines but now I finally have FTTP so hopefully those issues will be a thing of the past

Not happy

Yourself and others have been very helpful but the company just don t get it when I was on 50 they put the price up then I reduced it to 25 and they put the price up again So thank you for your help

Internet configured and connected

Getting connected and my internet configured and set up in a new apartment was a lot less gruelling than I had anticipated I was connected after just over an hour which was good Thank you Exetel tech support
