What a great company to deal with

What a great company to deal with especially when I need any help Rob is there he actually answer the phone I have a ex n flex leg machine which I use twice a day mornings and evenings 40 minutes each time It helps my medical condition I ve purchase a arm machine that I use also it really helps with my spasticity and my range of motion without both machine I would not be as good as I am it s something to look forward to each day

Have a Exnflex for 20 years A year ago it stopped working so I called to enquire about repair or replacement My machine was to old to fix so they offered a new replacement head at a very reasonable price The new head came within a couple of days The new head was easy to install It is a vast improvement or old head and I try and use as frequently as possible Their service and follow-up were exceptional Excellent people to work with

I ve had an ex n flex for over 25 years It s an excellent piece of equipment that helps my maintain my range of motion The customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend them to any new customers

The best thing I ever bought

I have multiple sclerosis I spend most of my time sitting Even walking with a walker has become an issue for me Because of this I get a lot of leg cramps I have started using an Ex N Flex and I m now completely hooked I use it at least once a day if not more Depending how I feel I adjust the speed the height and reverse or forward I can t live without it I highly recommend it Also the people working at the company are extremely helpful and supportive Thank you Joanne in T O

I have had multiple sclerosis for nearly 38 years and have been restricted to a wheelchair for nearly 33 years I purchased my first ex n flex in 2001 and have been an avid user ever since I no longer have any swelling in my feet and legs and my spasticity is reduced considerably I highly recommend this product Laura White

My late husband had MS for 33 years He used his Ex N Flex for decades to ease the spasticity in his legs and to reduce swelling as he aged For years we kept the device at work so he could exercise during his midday break After retirement he faithfully used it at home During rehab at nursing homes the Ex N Flex always went with him He didn t consider it a good day if he hadn t used it at least 30 minutes Sheer determination and exercise kept him on his feet throughout his life

I can t say enough about this product and this company Using my Ex N Flex daily up to three times is making a huge difference in how my legs feel and lessens muscle spasms Customer service is impeccable They understand the importance of keeping your Ex N Flex up and running there is no waste of time making sure you get the proper pieces if needed to do that Thank you Rob I would highly recommend this product to anybody who s unsure
