Horrible customer service - Becky is awful
Horrible Becky won t fix her mistake and send me the watch band Ship it out without a street address and claims it s my fault Has my watch and money Order number 1822 Dec 19th Avoid dealing with them at all costsFollow up to their response What an awesome canned answer when you know good and well Becky what you need to do Mail me the watch band That s all Paid Dec 19th as a Christmas gift That s been ruined Just send the band How hard is that It s easier than replying to this post Send it I ve already exchanged several emails with customer service EXONAUTE aka Becky and it s a waste of time Send the watch bandResponds they hope to turn my experience around No reply to many emails No reply to my charge back inquiry Just blames me I mean what sort of company and customer service department lose a sale of 200 plus the bad press over 10 for shipping my item to the correct address All I want is my watch band Update Still has not sent watch band or refund as promised but now is fighting the chargeback from discover 420809109305510944102763538449 USPS traacking showing it was delivered to original sender as they did not put my actual street address on the label

Horrible Experience and horrible quality
I pre ordered the MW02 for my Apple Watch Ultra October 25th of 2003 with a projected ship date for December 4th The beginning of December I received an email stating that it wouldn t ship until December 24th Finally in the beginning of January I sent a message asking about the ship date and was told it would be the first or second week of January I finally had to threaten to cancel my order before they shipped it To say this is a quality band would definitely be a lie The pins are too small to hold the band together the clasp does not lock over the top of the magnetic piece etc The 19 00 watch band I bought on Amazon is better than this POS You would think that for the price it would quality craftsmanship Definitely not worth 200 I would definitely by another watch band off of Amazon before I buy anything from Exonaute

Its a hard no for me
Like the most recent reviews below I had a similar experience with this company I ordered a band for the Ultra back in Nov and the ship date kept creeping Contacted customer service several times with zero response I finally canceled my order and demanded a refund but had to threaten dispute with Visa before they refunded No message not contact nothing just a note that my order was canceled I love to support new and small businesses but some of these people are just not meant for business Now reading the reviews of people who actually received their band the very few Im glad my order was canceled sounds like a classic overpromise under deliver situation Its sad too because this is not rocket science Update after their reply Their statement of sending multiple updates is categorically false I received ONE update that moved the ship date from 10 Dec to 24 Dec No such other update was ever sent I didnt miss those as I checked all my inboxes you just never sent them You also never once replied to any of the e-mails I sent to you inquiring

Don t Waste Your Time Or Money
I wish I would ve read these reviews before I had to experience the same situation of paying for a product in November and have yet to receive nothing but excuses I have never dealt with such sorry Customer Service emailing out multiple tracking numbers yet never turning over the product to the company to deliver Answering emails as if the we the customer has the problem We shouldn t have bought the watchband then we wouldn t be in the situation They are correct I will never purchase anything from this company again

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE My wife pre ordered a watch band for my Apple Watch Ultra so that I d surely receive it for Christmas 2023 Sad to say Christmas came and went I emailed Exonaute to verify my order 1797 and kindly asked when could I expect my watch band I was told the first week of January The first week of January also came and went I emailed Exonaute agin The response I got was the last week of January Well here we are at January s end No watch band At this point I think I m just going to ask for a refund I m not sure what the massive hold up is with this company and why all the lies and false hope are told to customers But take it from me PLEASE DON T waste your time and money It s obvious these people don t care about customer service Good luck you ve been warned

Faulty no contact no refund
I received my exonaute watch band under order 1641 on the 30th of January 2024 and found that the mechanical latch would not close incorrectly manufactured I contacted the company and though the response was a little slow they suggested that I remove the faulty part and instead rely on the magnetic latch only offering a 25 discount for the inconvenience I attempted to do so only to find that the watch would unclasp itself easily I followed up as I noticed the website had a different sized latch asking if a replacement part could be sent instead no luck another few days to reply only to be told that the issue needed to be resolved in the re manufacturing process which they had not started and again suggesting I keep the faulty product with the offer of a 25 discount Fair enough I thought but I can t use it so I asked for the details required to return the product to them and requested a full refund - 10 days later and I have had no response Almost 300 down and nothing to show for it All I want is a refund for a product that didn t deliver as promised

Buyers Beware
Customer service none-existent Ordered a watch case band earlier this month waited 2 weeks for it to ship only to find the wrong band was sent and the band I received had a none working clasp as many have also experienced I email exonaute regarding the issue and get absolutely no response other than an email with a return label Would have loved an apology for the inconvenience followed up by some options on how to proceed but nothing not a single word just the return label I send in the return and send a follow up email asking for an update and again radio silence Zero communication To add insult to injury got an automated email this morning notifying me that my order has been partially refunded I am not even being refunded for the shipping cost of this band I did not order I hope you do better exonaute as this is not how you treat customers Time for a card chargeback for my shipping cost and an ftc report

Fraud ghosting terrible bands fall off
Apple bands are junk Heavy and Vince looking with a 1 clasp Tried wearing it for a few days around my house and it fell off about 10 times Contact their customer service and they immediately told me to send it back and they swap it out That was three weeks ago and it s been in their hands for over two weeks and they refused to refund my money send me another band or even answer any customer request or issues that I asked them for Another words they ve ghosted me won t respond to any emails and I just got furious with them and sent them about 30 and they have not responded to a single one I have had to initiate fraud complaint with my credit card company and we were trying to get my money back now This must be some guy working in the shop I don t know but this company is not reputable the reviews tell you that the class don t work and therefore people lose their 900 ultra to watch plus a 285 band from them And they don t replace anything

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud I bought a band from them in early June waited two weeks to get it only to get a broken band with a class that did not work The band had scratches all over it also showing me this was something somebody else had returned already once or maybe more Times before I contacted them They sent me a return address label and I sent it back and they received it on 17 June From that date they have blocked me on every social media and email account I have They are fraud They are recycling broken bands to take your bunny And block you and never respond back to your money I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau the federal trade commission through my credit card and My next step is with their state Attorney General s office for fraud You have been worn This guy is a complete scammer and fraud
