Rebooking ridiculousness
My mother bought me and my partner 2 x tickets for a river cruise on the Yarra Finally got around to redeeming them after all the crap with the pandemic Then on the day of the cruise my partner has a heavy cold so asks me to rebook for another day Called Experience Oz and they would only rebook if we a paid them 60 a head on top of the already purchased tickets or b provide a doctor s certificate Told them I m not willing to pay more and it s plainly ridiculous for me to tell my partner to get out of bed and head to the doctors to get confirmation of a head cold But they wouldn t budge It s policy I was told What a terrible way to treat people

BUYER BEWARE - Read the T Cs carefully
We bought a 3 venue pass for Dreamworld Skypoint Observation Deck and the Whitewater World currently not in operation costing 238 for 2 people I got sick and had to cancel all my other planned activities for the weekend I contacted the company for a refund but unfortunately it seems certain vouchers are not refundable even if it s within the stipulated 14 day period from date of booking Anyway BUYER BEWARE read the fine print these dudes have a great legal team and have scripted their T Cs accordingly Also their flexible booking and Cancellation guarantee for change of mind within 14days from date of booking is not applicable for all bookings In short read the T Cs carefully before booking On the bright side the voucher I bought is valid for 12 months so on my next trip to the Gold Coast hopefully we will use the vouchers

I had a misunderstanding about my reservation and when I asked to have it cancelled I was told that they would cancel it and then it wasn t and they wouldn t give me back my tickets and said I had to pay half if I wanted to make another reservation

I won t be using Experience Oz again highly unprofessional Purchased an attraction voucher paid for it but never received it After spending nearly two days on the phone with them they only offered a refund Unfortunately by then the time and date we wanted were sold out and I missed the chance to go with my family Additionally my promotion code was marked as used Overall a dreadful experience and a complete waste of time

Pretty bad customer service
I would have scored lower than this The booking was messed up and I asked for refund as it was an error on the part of Experience Oz I have multiple emails explaining the issue They won t provide for a full refund Such a pain to deal with My point was they gave us a wrong time but kept on going that the event was canceled so they moved us to a different time without notifying us Again no notice at all So please save yourself a hassle Go somewhere else

I want my refund
I booked a skydiving trip in New Zealand on the 11th of June for the next day and it was fully paid I got a message a few hours later that they haven t enough people to start the airplane so I wanted my money back The skydiving company said to me that experience OZ will give me my money back so I emailed them The mail said I will get my money back in 7-10 Business days now it s the 28th of June and I haven t got my money back and no one is answering emails That s the worst costumer service I have ever had in my life Stay away from experience OZ

Do not use this site They sent me an email saying that I wasn t booked Went back to book and they charged me for 2 tours for the same day and time Said they were giving me a free upgrade It wasn t free and they charged me twice Tried to get a phone number they continue to give me a number that doesn t work
