Scammers should be put out of business
Booked pest control to remove a couple of wasp hives found outside my house Called Expert Pest Control and s guy from Diana Maintenance who must have been sub-contracted turned up instead The guy who came didn t bother with a detailed inspection of areas surrounding my house as the website claimed took 10 mins to remove 2 wasp nests for 330 but now I found another 4 small ones left behind Called them up to come back to remove the overlooked nests but they re not coming back without charging more Absolute rip-off

Booked my in with this company The guy sent me a message 40 minutes after he was supposed to be here saying he would be another 40 minutes Then rang and said another 30 minutes 300 to get the outside sprayed and 120 to remove two small wasp nests He was wearing normal clothes and a dust mask After spraying outside he asked me if I wanted to do inside and I declined because I didn t want him in the house He then told me he had run out of invoices and asked me to transfer the money to Diana maintenance which must ve been his subcontractor company Still no invoice and when I rang up to ask for it was hung up on

Poor work done by the company
Website of this company claimed that they can remove possum and seal entrance of the possum to the property Called this company for a possum in the wall of the house A subcontract came and did chemical spray for 660 claiming that this would repel the possum did nothing to seal the entrance We call them back after 1-2 day to say the spray doesn t work possum is still there Company has not committed to help resolve the problem despite complaint and stated what is on the website is only for advertisement and not true reflection of what they do Wouldn t ever go with this company again

Don t waste your money Poor customer service
Expert Pest Control Canberra Consumers I highly suggest to look at another pest control business I still have bugs crawling up and down the outside walls and new spider webs continue to form over my fences I ve contacted Alex the guy who made the booking with me and then he referred to their Helpdesk when I wanted them to come back to our house to fix the issue The Helpdesk have been really rude and ignorant and not at all helpful If there were no stars that is what I would rate them

Never use this company
Outsourced to third party and over charges I was told should be about 250 on the phone but they d confirm at appointment they didn t tell me till after that it would be more and charge 385 to remove 2 very small wasp nests size of palm combined Never use this service
